How to enable fixed element
WebSumo - Enable Fixed Element
To enable fixed element, we must be on Builder page. Choose any page and any element you would like to lock.
To lock an element, click 
right side by Set element locked in website. After clicking, the icon will turn into 
and the element is locked.
After locking the element, when you add new page, every new page has 1 locked element.
