How to add entity relation
WebSumo - Add Entity Relation
To add Entity Relation, we must be on Entity section. Click on any entity you would like to add relation. Make sure the entity chosen is in Structure view.
To the right side you will find Relations, Click 
button right side by Relations.
A popup will appear, choose the type of relations and entity that will be related. After done choosing, click save to save relations.
A notification "Entity relation added!" will appear and entity will be related.
You can also check for Related Entity in Reversed section.
